Stacy Cashiola has over eight years of advertising and design experience, with seven of those years working at advertising agencies in both media and account service.

Her experience includes a multitude of advertsing campaigns and promotions for clients such as SBC / AT&T, MasterCard, and Sonic Drive-In. These advertising campaigns gave her the experience of managing annual budgets ranging from $5K to over $500MM.

Her research background includes creating proprietary comprehensive competitive reports for AT&T, and various target and market analysis for a multitude of clients. In addition, Stacy has created reports that directionally identify media and promotions that helped increase in sales.

Stacy brought her agency knowledge to a small well servicing company in Houston, TX which needed to build a successful brand. She put in place Brand Standards, which included Core Values, tagline consistency, logo and topography standards, stationery and business card design, presentation design and standards and email guidelines. Knowing that internal communication was also important, her design work included the redesign of all Human Resources forms, guidelines, and policies. In addition, she redesigned both company websites, redesigned the internal SharePoint site, and began website tracking and SEO optimization. In addition, Stacy created a customer scorecard program that allowed the company to receive direct feedback from current clients in order to better address their needs.

After her success with the well servicing company, Stacy realized how important it was for smaller companies to have the same brand standards and smart, simple design that larger companies have in place.

Her current position is the Marketing Director for Tele-Communication, Inc., a Houston-based company that resells various telecommunications equipment and services. Her current role at the company includes creating brand standards and marketing sales support. In addition, she is in charge of managing the creation, launch, and support of the company's newest website and brand, UnifiedCommunications.com. Marketing the new brand includes items such as a print catalog, SEO, email campaigns, and managing website development. In addition, she is responsible for marketing the company's product, ZoomSwitch, which allows a traditional phone headset to work with both your office phone and computer.
